Our story is simple, we are a couple of foodies with diverse experience and talents who showcase our culinary superpowers for your enjoyment! Quality and customer service remain to be our focus as we deliver our take on fresh Spanish American comfort foods from our family to yours. We operate under our business name, Cook Strong LLC and have our hands in many gastronomic projects! You can find us on the road with our “Smoke N’ Fire” Barbecue Food Truck, on top of the traditional catering gigs we specialize in, from weddings and banquets to company outings and festivals.
